Function to compute ci high for each foil in a lineup

Usage

allfoil_cihigh(linetabprops, sumlineup)

Arguments

linetabprops

A dataframe of bootstrapped lineup proportions

sumlineup

Number of mock-witness observations used to estimate each proportion.
